instant relief activation

The Illinois Lottery wanted to give people quick-wins when they really needed them. So we found opportunities to reward people in an “instant”… and for South Side Irish Parade patrons, that meant providing access to a decent bathroom. we passed out instant scratcher tickets to people in line for porta-potties along the parade route, and they scratched to win a “VIPee” experience- an upscale trailer bathroom with private stalls, sinks, toilet paper- even mirrors.
