for the first time in years, ace chose to do a branding campaign. the idea was to create messaging that focused on the 97 year-old company’s most valuable asset - their associates.

The best creative isn’t always the ‘best’ creative...it’s work that drives sales. Ace Hardware had the most profitable quarter ever from October through December of 2019, thanks to this campaign’s combination of TV, OLV, digital and social. We also created an unprecedented increase in the sale of outdoor grills in December, with revenue up 6.1 % and online sales up 59% from 2018.
